We sincerely appreciate the volunteers who generously donated their time on the cold January morning to help remove the over 10,000 memorial wreaths at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Agawam. Your dedication helps us in our efforts to "Honor those who have served, to comfort their families and to enhance their eternal resting places."
As always, thanks to the incredible crew at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Agawam for their dedication. Their expertise using the bucket loaders and their good natured personalities helped make Wreaths-Out day go by quickly.
We'd also like to thank USA Waste & Recycling for transferring the collected wreaths into their dumpsters and taking them to be recycled. Their on going support helped make this event possible.
With the help of everyone involved the removal of the over 10,000 wreaths was completed in about 2 hours!
